• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Listings and Content

Users posting motorcycle listings agree that:

• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• Images must be of the actual motorcycle being sold
• You own or have authorization to sell the motorcycle
• You will not post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Scrape or collect data without permission

5. Transactions and Liability

BikeKade facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the actual transaction. Users assume all responsibility and risk for their transactions. We strongly recommend verifying motorcycle condition and documentation before purchase.

6. Payment and Pricing

Prices displayed are listed by sellers and subject to change. BikeKade reserves the right to charge service fees for premium features. All payments are processed securely according to our payment provider's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BikeKade, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to BikeKade and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BikeKade does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

BikeKade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on information provided.

10. Termination

BikeKade reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
